Refund & Returns Policy

For standard online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the item without giving any reason, provided goods remain undamaged and are returned in the original packaging.

Bespoke glass commissions and personalized pieces are exempt from statutory cancellation rights under UK law. Custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless proved faulty or damaged upon delivery.

If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a full refund, repair or replacement at no additional cost.

To return an eligible item, please send a message through our contact page before posting. This is really important, to ensure that we know who to refund!

Returned items must be wrapped securely in original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

Return postage costs for non-faulty change-of-mind cancellations remain the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend tracked postage service.

Refuds will be issued within 14 days of our receiving the returned item.
